Yesterday my girlie and I had a day at home together. Getting somethings done, but mainly enjoying our home, playing, reading, and then baking together before dinner. I found this recipe on Pinterest about a week ago. With the post title of The Best Coffee Cake You’ll Ever Have it took little convincing that I wanted to make it. It took three stores later to get the frozen raspberries that I wanted, but worth the effort. The original recipe is found here. Of course I adapted it a little due to the ingredients I had on hand. I used pecans instead of almonds and vanilla instead of almond extract. We ate it as dessert last night and I ate a slice this morning too! ENJOY!!!
